Site Foreman - ACM Department

Primary Position Objectives: 

The Site Foreman will lead field crews in the installation of aluminum composite material (ACM) facade panels, metal work, and architectural finish trims. This role is responsible for directing daily work, leading people, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring field execution is aligned with project requirements. The Site Foreman is the frontline leader on every jobsite, setting the daily standard for how work gets done, coordinating with other trades, and delivering the quality and professionalism that PSC is known for on every project.

Estimator

Primary Position Objectives: 

The Estimator will support our commercial exterior department work by developing accurate, complete, and competitive bids. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, disciplined analysis, and the ability to identify risk early so projects are set up for successful execution.

Director of Operations

Primary Position Objectives: 

The Director of Operations will lead and drive operational execution across PSC and RCI, ensuring field and shop performance consistently achieves safety, quality, schedule, and profitability standards. This role owns the short- and long-term operational performance of the organization, translating the Company Vision into disciplined execution through proactive leadership across scheduling, labor productivity, project execution, and financial performance. The Director maintains a strong field presence, spending significant time on job sites to reinforce standards, remove obstacles, and develop operational leaders. Through consistent leadership and measurable expectations, this role strengthens operational efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement across the organization.
